Tej began her career as a Registered Psychiatric Nurse and brings over a decade of experience working across public hospital and community mental health settings. She holds a Master’s degree in Mental Health and has developed strong expertise in delivering safe, evidence-based, and person-centred care across diverse service environments.

As an NDIS Behaviour Support Practitioner, Tej has led the development of individualised behaviour support frameworks for people with complex mental health needs, functional and developmental disabilities. Her professional strengths include trauma-informed practice, clinical governance, workforce leadership, and culturally responsive care, including extensive experience working alongside Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities.
